A new universal approach to obtaining multilevel nanocomposites with different architectures, including the structure and interpenetrating structure "core - shell". The approach is based on the deposition of charged aerosols with particle sizes of 30 nm to 300 microns using elektromassclassifier (EMC
). Due to the small excess charge of particles and large dipole moment density of the coatings after application is very low. After fixation of the porous skeleton sintering achieved a relative density of the ceramic coating, which is equal to 0.04. Filling the frame provides an opportunity for a wide range of interpenetrating composites. Using mechanocomposites to create aerosols can get layered composite materials with prescribed architectures.
